Pass-the-Parcel Review Project

Procedure:

Prior to the class, wrap up a prize and then continue wrapping it – only this time each layer of paper will have a question pertaining to the topic at hand on it.

Then seat the children in a circle and begin to play pass the parcel. This can be done in time to music or whatever the teacher decides.

Every time the parcel stops, the student must unwrap the parcel and answer the question on the paper. If they answer incorrectly, they are removed from the circle (or whatever the teacher decides), if not they continue. When all wrappings are removed, the prize is given, either to the individual on whom the parcel lands or on the individual who answered the most questions correctly.
